1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking a stay with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Reservations and Payments

  • Booking Process: Reservations can be made directly on our website, by phone, email, or through third-party booking platforms. All bookings are subject to availability.
  • No Cancellation Policy: All reservations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed. By booking with Moana Resort, you agree to forfeit the full amount of the booking in the event of cancellation or no-show.
  • Payment Methods: Payments for bookings must be made through PayPal, where you can also use Visa, MasterCard, or other accepted credit or debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Currency: All prices are quoted in PHP (Philippine Pesos) unless otherwise stated.
  • Taxes and Fees: Room rates may be subject to local taxes, service fees, or other charges, which will be clearly stated during the booking process.

3. Cancellation, Modification, and No-Show

  • Non-Refundable: All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once a reservation is made and confirmed, no cancellations, date changes, or modifications will be accepted. In the event of cancellation or failure to check in (no-show), the full amount of the booking will be charged.
  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notice, your reservation will be treated as a no-show, and no refunds or rebooking will be allowed.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: Check-in time is from 2PM. Early check-in may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Check-Out Time: Check-out time is 11AM. Late check-out requests will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Identification: Guests are required to present valid identification (e.g., passport, government-issued ID) at check-in.
  • Damage and Incidentals: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay and may be charged for repairs or replacements.

5. Guest Conduct

  • Behavior: Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner and adhere to all resort rules during their stay. Moana Resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest who engages in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
  • Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms. Designated smoking areas are available. A cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate this policy.
  • Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property unless prior arrangements have been made.

6. Facilities and Services

  • Room Amenities: All rooms at Moana Resort are equipped with air conditioning, private bathrooms, mini fridges, king-size beds, and other listed amenities.
  • Dive Center & Restaurant: Guests can enjoy services at our Haka Dive Center and Kamaya Restaurant. Some services or activities may require advance reservations and are subject to additional charges.
  • Pool & Public Areas: Guests must follow safety rules when using the pool and other public areas. Children must be supervised at all times.

7. Force Majeure

Moana Resort is not liable for any failure to provide services or accommodations due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

8. Liability

  • Personal Property: Moana Resort is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Please use the in-room safe to secure valuables.
  • Health & Safety: Guests are responsible for their own safety while using resort facilities. Moana Resort shall not be liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the property.
  • Third-Party Services: The resort may provide links to third-party services (e.g., tours, transportation), but we are not responsible for these services, and guests use them at their own risk.

10. Changes to Terms
